before with the Wordpad or other
text program, then copy and paste on
Comment Window (ALT + M) of WinRAR...
Or save the Comment_File.txt
on you're computer and after again
in the Comment Window, click:
Load Comment From File a nd browse
your file txt.
But the first way is more better...
